Thousands of Attendees explore enchanting interactive themed Halloween Doors and StoryWalk adorning the MVL Memorial Bridge. While delighting in a Trick or Treat at each door, families will also enjoy
Halloween crafts, activities, & a captivating Ghost Haunt Adventure Walk in 195 District Park.

ABOUT WICKED WALK
Wicked Walk is brought to you by the City of Providence Parks Department and 195 District Park with support from the Downtown Providence Parks Network, the Providence Tourism Council and the City of Providence Department of Arts, Culture & Tourism. In 2021 Sami Leigh, owner of Grrrl At The Rock Show Productions, created Wicked Walk during her time with the City of Providence Parks Department as Programming Supervisor. The event was designed to offer a fun, free and inclusive Halloween celebration for all!
In 2021, over 300 enthusiastic trick-or-treaters gathered at the MVL Memorial Bridge and 195 District Park to partake in the festivities. The event saw significant growth in 2022, with the addition of more activities and collaborations, resulting in over 3,000 attendees. By 2023, Wicked Walk boasted six new trick-or-treat doors and welcomed an impressive crowd of over 5,000 participants.

GET INVOLVED | CALL FOR ARTISTS
We are looking for local artists to decorate sponsored Halloween themed doors in collaboration with local businesses and organizations.
Artists will be compensated for labor and materials, with due credit.
Doors will be showcased on 10/28 (Rain Date: 10/29) for an interactive Trick-or-Treat experience and pop-up treat party in Roger Williams Park on 10/31.

We are seeking helping hands for day-of event Set-Up & Breakdown, Candy Runners, Candy Distributors, Ghost Haunt Adventure Walk Ambassadors + Floaters.
